Winter. Spring. One Knights Team.
The L. I. Knights Sports & Athletics Flag Football Program is now recruiting boys and girls ages 13–15 for our flag football program.
Our goal is to build a core group of athletes who train, compete, and grow together across multiple seasons.
This is not a one-week clinic or short-term program. Athletes can choose one season or stay together throughout the year and continue developing as a team.

Winter gives players the opportunity to continue competing indoors in a controlled environment while developing chemistry and keeping their skills sharp.

The spring season continues the progression with another outdoor competitive schedule.
PROGRAM COST
One Season — $350
Two Seasons — $700
Families may choose the season combination that works best for them.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are recruiting boys and girls ages 13–15 who want to learn, compete, and become part of a team environment.
Experience is welcome, but attitude, effort, and willingness to develop matter just as much.
Roster spots will be limited.
