Joe Maggio
Director of Operations
General Manager
Joseph Maggio is the Director of Operations and General Manager of all sports programs for L. I. Knights Sports & Athletics. He leads with vision and hands-on execution, overseeing program development, coach recruitment, branding, sponsorships, and parent partnerships. His leadership balances operational rigor with creative innovation, ensuring Knights programs run smoothly while staying true to values of honor, teamwork, family, and inclusion.
Joseph has built a trusted youth sports brand recognized across Long Island for transparency, fairness, and community engagement. His expertise in communication and branding has elevated the Knights into a respected movement that empowers children to grow both on and off the field, shaping a legacy of inclusion, excellence, and character-driven development.

Rosario Cascio
Youth Golf Instructor
Rosario Cascio is a dedicated high school student and accomplished golf athlete who brings both passion and firsthand experience to our league. His background as a competitive player has given him a strong foundation in swing mechanics, course strategy, and the discipline required to succeed in golf.
As a Youth Instructor, Rosario supports our PGA-certified coaches by mentoring players, reinforcing fundamentals, and creating a positive, relatable connection with younger athletes. His energy and leadership help foster confidence, focus, and enjoyment in every session.
