L. I. Knights Sports & Athletics is more than just sports — it’s a movement to uplift young athletes through character, community, and competition. Founded on the belief that every child deserves a chance to grow, belong, and shine, the Knights create a positive, values‑driven environment where players are encouraged to develop not only as athletes, but as people.

At the Knights, we are building a family‑first sports movement rooted in honor, hustle, heart, and inclusion. Families can join our Boys Baseball & Girls Baseball teams, Basketball teams, Flag Football teams, and our Golf League Program — already underway with PGA‑led coaching and weekly competition. These core programs provide structured, intentional training, consistent opportunities to improve, and the support to lead with confidence.

 

We also bring innovation with Knights‑created experiences like Adventure Ball and Street Games Revival, designed to keep kids active, versatile, and excited. These programs are part of the upcoming Multi‑Sport Mash‑Up, also known as the L. I. Knights Trifecta — a year‑round rotation of unique sports experiences that will launch soon. The Trifecta reflects our belief that sports should be fun, inclusive, and creative, offering children new challenges while reinforcing teamwork and character.

 

Looking ahead, families can expect even more opportunities with our Swim Team, plus expanded programs in Volleyball, Lacrosse, Cricket, Wiffle Ball, and 5v5 Baseball. We are also developing the NextGen Sports Analytics Lab, a groundbreaking model for inclusive training and development that will combine cutting‑edge technology with values‑driven coaching.

 

Every Knights program is built to grow skills, character, and community — ensuring every child has a

place to play, whether they’re stepping onto the field for the first time or competing with confidence. Scholarships, gear packages, and parent partnerships make our programs accessible and transparent, while community‑driven events like food drives and clothing drives remind athletes that being part of the Knights means giving back.
