Why We Built This Program

Most youth sports programs reward only the fastest, strongest, most coordinated kids. But thousands of children—especially those with ADHD and neurodivergent learning styles—love sports through stats, strategy, and analytics. The NextGen Lab gives them a respected role inside athletics, building confidence, identity, and future-ready skills.

• Traditional programs don’t leverage their strengths in pattern recognition, fast decision-making, and competitive reasoning.

How It Works

Program Structure

• 6-Week Pilot or 12-Week Core Program

• Small-group sessions with ADHD-optimized design (short cycles, competitive engagement, visual dashboards)

• Activities include:

  • Stat tracking & trend analysis

  • Draft simulations & roster management

  • Live game analytics during Knights events

  • Final GM & Analyst Showcase presentations

• Kids receive jerseys, analyst credentials, and certificates.
